Alpine Ayurveda in South Tyrol

With competent, caring therapists, holistic treatments, delicious Ayurvedic cuisine, the charm of the Monte Sella Hotel and the magical landscape of South Tyrol, the Ayurveda week is an unforgettable experience.

Participants are directed and guided throughout the week by Sandra Memmo, a certified Ayurveda specialist practicing since 1993. A special morning programme of breathing and body movement, daily gentle Ayurveda massages, sauna visits, and detoxifying herbal tinctures make up the fulfilling treatment.
 

Our competence is based on 20 years of engagement in traditional Ayurveda medicine, both in treatment and education. We do not offer Ayurveda Wellness.

You will be personally accompanied each day throughout the week by Sandra Memmo, and you will have plenty of time to discover the treasure trove of knowledge that is Ayurveda.

Treatments are performed according to the traditional principles of Ayurvedic medicine. We give massages with only genuine Ayurvedic herbal oils. The detox programme is accompanied by a hot water drinking treatment, time-honoured tinctures, and special teas. In some cases, treatments are modified and customised to your individual constitution. This takes place after the constitution analysis.

Please arrive before noon:
On the first day, we begin with a communal midday meal followed by a relaxing tea, when we provide you with all the information you will need about your stay. In the afternoon, we will begin with constitution analyses and treatments.
