The Cristofolini family is committed to the environmentally sustainable development of the Monte Sella Hotel and take responsibility for leaving nature unspoiled. The four-star hotel in San Vigilio/St. Vigil in Enneberg is energy-optimised in all areas, works to conserve resources, and uses predominantly local products from the region. The architecture is composed of a combination of the Art Nouveau style with modern elements, lots of wood, and light.

Great value is placed on the use of good-quality natural sugar from the ''Rapunzel'' company, natural salts from the saline waters of Cervia and Trapani, flour from a mill in Venice and fresh spring water. Local products are the foundation for the healthy, delicious, and exquisite cuisine in Monte Sella.

OUR CHEF DE CUISINE

Our Chef de cuisine, Cristofoletto Andrea, surprises our guests every day over and over again with magnificent creations. While doing so, he pays close attention to the use of natural and organic products. In-season and home-grown ingredients take top position in his menu planning. Our kitchen team is happy to address any food intolerance challenges. Of course, our team also fulfils any wishes for vegetarian and vegan fair.
