Our Chef de cuisine, Cristofoletto Andrea, surprises our guests every day over and over again with magnificent creations. While doing so, he pays close attention to the use of natural and organic products. In-season and home-grown ingredients take top position in his menu planning. Our kitchen team is happy to address any food intolerance challenges. Of course, our team also fulfils any wishes for vegetarian and vegan fair.
The product of all our cooks' efforts is a variety of delicious, fine cuisine with a creative flair - prepared for full flavour and health. Many of the vegetables and herbs we use come right out of our own garden and are the foundation of our healthy and fresh cuisine.
