Sankt Vigil/San Vigilio lies at the foot of the Kronberg/Plan de Corones mountain, South Tyrol's number-one ski resort. This 62-mile (100-km) network of well-prepared pistes equipped with modern ski lifts is a ski and snowboard fans' paradise.

But there are also cross-country ski runs for you to enjoy, or sled runs and ice rinks where children and adults can have plenty of fun.
